  Is someone watching your computer activity?  
     
  Follow these steps to erase your web browser's record of your visit AFTER you have left this site:  
     
  In Microsoft Internet Explorer version 6:  
 
  • Click on "Tools" in the top menu
  • Select "Internet Options" Select the "General" tab
  • In the middle section, titled "Temporary Internet Files", click "Delete Files" and check the box titled "Delete all offline content"
  • In the middle section, titled "Temporary Internet Files", click "Delete Cookie" and then "OK"
  • In the bottom section, titled "History," click "Clear History" and then click "Yes"
 
     
  In Netscape version 7:

  • In the left-hand "Category" box, select "Navigator" (this will cause a list of menu items to expand)
  • Under "History," click the "Clear History" button
  • Below "History", click the "Clear Location Bar" button
  • In the left-hand "Category" box, select "Privacy & Security" (this will cause a list of menu items to expand)
  • Under "Cookies", click the "Cookie Manager" button & then click "Remove all Cookies" & then click "OK"
  • In the left-hand "Category" box, select "Advanced" (this will cause a list of menu items to expand)
  • Under "Cache", click click the "Clear Cache" button
  
     
  For other web browsers please refer to the program's documentation on deleting the browser's: cache, cookies, history, etc...
